Meet Brooke & Zack

Hi, we’re Brooke and Zack. Two siblings who’ve always cared about eating clean and fueling our bodies with real food. There was a problem though. We kept running into the same predicament: most “healthy” snacks either didn’t taste good… or weren’t actually that healthy. So we started making our own. From almond butter dates to energy balls to homemade snacks, we were always experimenting in the kitchen. Eventually, that led us to popping our own popcorn and everything changed.

 

 

How AZTEC Was Born

 

One night, we decided to make popcorn differently. We had both cut out seed oils and wanted something simple. So we grabbed a pot, added grass-fed beef tallow, threw in some kernels and finished it with salt. It was instantly better than anything we had tried before. Richer. Cleaner. More satisfying. That moment sparked the idea behind AZTEC. A return to real ingredients and a better way to enjoy one of the most classic snacks.

We started AZTEC for ourselves but it’s grown into something bigger. Our mission is simple: To make clean, real snacks that people can feel good about eating every day. Eating healthy shouldn’t feel complicated or restrictive. It should be easy and feel natural.
